Rush to Crush Cancer is not only a fun and uplifting community event promoting wellness and fellowship, but it also promotes cancer prevention, inspires hope, and raises vital funds to support cancer research.

The BeSpoke Bash kicks off the 2025 Rush to Crush Cancer weekend, a multi-day community event benefitting UPMC Hillman Cancer Center which will culminate in our showcase cycling event on Sunday, May 18th.

The BeSpoke Bash will be an evening of fellowship, inspiration, and celebration to support groundbreaking cancer research, education and community outreach. This exclusive, one-of-a-kind event will feature live music, elevated food and cocktails and an opportunity to connect with Hillman physicians and scientists.
